Hey! I’m Bharat, originally from Bangalore and currently doing my MBA at Melbourne Business School. I’m looking to move into a new place early next year, ideally somewhere around Carlton, CBD, Southbank, South Melbourne, Fitzroy, Brunswick or nearby. Pretty flexible though, the vibe of the place and people matters more.

I’ll most likely be moving with a friend, and we’d be looking for two separate rooms. Ideally, we’d love to join an existing 3 or 4 bedroom house where people already live, or find something through an established group of friends. Basically keen to avoid the whole process of assembling a house full of complete strangers from scratch 😅

I’m easygoing, clean, respectful and pretty low drama. Good with bills, shared spaces and the usual house stuff, and yes, I do actually take the bins out before they become a science experiment.

Outside uni, I’m usually travelling, exploring Melbourne, playing or watching sport, going for a run, taking photos, or somehow ending up on another weekend road trip. Big football, cricket, badminton and tennis person, and always keen for a new food spot, bar, activity or random plan.

At home, I like a nice balance. Happy to hang out, have a chat, cook, watch something together or head out occasionally, but also very happy doing my own thing. Not looking for a party house, but also not somewhere everyone disappears into their rooms 24/7.

Basically looking for a chill, friendly home with good people, good communication and no weird passive aggressive notes on the fridge 😂
