Hi there!

We are a friendly and tidy couple from Korea, currently living on the Gold Coast, moving to Sydney on August 5. We are looking for a fully furnished studio or 1-bedroom apartment, preferably with air conditioning and all bills included.

Our budget is up to $700 per week, and we are planning to stay for about 4–5 months (until early January). We prefer a self-contained place with good privacy, but we are also open to other options if they are comfortable and convenient.

We don’t smoke, we respect the house rules, and we always keep our place clean. We are also open to video inspections since we are currently interstate.
