Hey there, I’m Sebastian! I’m 27 and recently moved to the Gold Coast after living in Perth for the past five years. I studied Accounting at Curtin University and am currently looking for an accounting job, while doing some casual hospitality (hotel) work in the meantime. I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to call home.

I’m a friendly, respectful, and easy-going person who enjoys a calm home environment. I’m naturally tidy and like to keep shared spaces clean and organized — I think it helps everyone feel more relaxed at home. I’m also reliable and always make sure to pay rent on time. I enjoy socializing and getting to know new people, but I also value personal space and respecting others’ routines.

Outside of work, I like playing tennis, reading, and watching movies.
