Hey! My name is Meagan and I'm 24 years old. I have been living on the Gold Coast for 5 years and still loving it!

I work full-time as a travel agent so have a secure income and is always on time for payments such as rent and bills. I work in Benowa so would love somewhere close to their.

Ideally I am looking for somewhere northern or central Gold Coast. Wanting to live with other females as that is just what I'm comfortable with. I would love the property or complex to have a pool and I am looking for a room that is unfurnished (ideally big enough to fit a queen bed) as I have my own furniture. I would love to have my own bathroom but would be happy to share with no more than one other person. I would love a place with a balcony if possible - not necessarily a requirement but I have a few outdoor plants aha.

When I'm not working, I do love a mix of either a chill day at home after a week of work to relax by reading and basking in the sun (ideally would love somewhere with a pool to sunbake by), or going out for a cheeky shopping day with friends/taking myself on a self-date/going to the movies etc. I also love going to yoga when my schedule allows me to. I go to dance twice a week at HBM and have been going for almost three years.

I am respectful of privacy but always keen to have a good chat as I don't want to feel like I'm living with a stranger.

I love a good night in but also don't mind the occasional night out.
