Hey! I'm moving to Melbourne to study Visual/Fine arts at RMIT in 2026 and I'm looking for, preferably, a female only flat. Very creative person, and would love to be around other creatives or other students. I'm from rural NSW so hoping to find someone willing to put up with my questions for a while about the city while I figure out the concept of more than a few buses that circle the town all day (and are empty most of the time).
Prefer a clean, non-party non-smoker (asthma) home.
Totally get that renting with a teenager could seem risky, but I come from a pretty busy home and am pretty independent so very much aware of how to respect other peoples space and deal with the chaos that comes with living with other people. I'm into video games, fashion and kpop (and obviously art), so if we have any of these interests in common we'd probably get along great!
Big fan of animals as well, though definitely prefer cats, so no hold back on that either!
