Hi. I'm looking for a granny flat/one bedroom apartment or a team up with one or two other females to lease a property in Hawthorn, Hawthorn East, Camberwell or Kew or near suburbs. I work full-time in education in a private school and am independent, clean and tidy, financially stable, well educated and respectful of others.

I am rarely home but happy to have a chat any time that I am! I keep fit with long daily walks, jogging and gym and have varied interests including current affairs/politics, history, good SBS documentaries, music, the arts, interior design, writing etc

My move date is flexible - any time between now and early February 2026. I'm very happy to answer any questions.
