I’m Richard from New Zealand. I've been in Sydney for almost one year and am looking for a room with air con because I can't survive another summer here without it!

I’m a very chill and quiet person and enjoy getting out, exploring the city and nature. I like to keep active, running, cycling, going to the gym and hiking and always love a good sweet treat from a cafe. I work an office job in the city and prefer working from the office full time, so won't be regularly working from home.

I’m a big fan of travelling and last year spent six months in Latin America, where I spent time in Mexico and Colombia, and the year before I spent 5 months travelling through Asia.

I'm ideally looking for a place with people I can hang out with and feel like a bit of a flat family while also respecting each other's own time too. Preferably, the room will have an ensuite too.

I'm interested in places close enough to the city that I can cycle to work and that are near a train station.
