Hello everyone,
I am looking for a private room to rent at the end of November. The suburbs most accessible for me to get to work are Carlton/North, Fitzroy/North, Collingwood, East Melbourne, Northcote.
- Originally from Queensland (Toowoomba/Brisbane)
- Moved to Melbourne at the beginning of this year.
- 31y/o Male
- Working full-time as a laboratory assistant for a medical pathology lab. I also recently took on an events surveying side job for some supplementary income as well.
- Non-smoker/No pets/no car
- Seeking rent $240 - $310 p/w negotiable. ($1000-$1250 p/m approx.) bills not included. 6-12 month stay.
- Both furnished or unfurnished is fine.
I'm big on cinema and you’ll find me taking advantage of the Nova cheap Mondays or going to the Astor midnight movies - a big fan of the cult classics. I also value music and would like to bring my record player back from QLD sometime soon.

I also enjoy checking out the op-shops and keep active rock climbing several times a week. I increasingly value an active lifestyle and hope to take advantage of this in the year to come.
I am a diplomatic, conscientious and quiet housemate hoping to share a space equally. I could be described as an extroverted introvert but largely keep my social life outside and see home as a place to recharge.
