Hello there! I’m a female, Chinese student studying a social work master at the Newcastle uni. I work part time (one or two days) as a uni assistant.
I love beach and the ocean and spend plenty of my free time playing pickleball and table tennis.
I have several years of experience renting with other tenants and we had a great time together! I am tidy and organized, never smoke, rarely drink, open for communication, happy to socialize and chat but also respect people’s boundaries and different living styles. I am very adaptable and easy going.
I don’t have pets but am a pet lover and happy to live with them.
Looking for a place in the greater Newcastle area. Need one parking spot. Prefer women-only residencies.
