Hey, I'm Brad, I'm a qualified electrician and now work as a disability support worker after completing my cert 4 in mental health. I have 3 properties of my own that I rent out in Melbourne, Love all things sport, beach and hanging out with friends and family as well and I have a cat named Morris. He is very self sufficient only eats dry food, toilet trained and very friendly, he sleeps in my bedroom at night and stays in there during the day when I’m at work. Thought I would start off renting with flat mates and then progress to buying my own place- flexible with length of stay
