Heyy yall!

My name is Min and I'm an Architecture student at UTS.

- Originally from Singapore
- Hobbies: photography, crafting, doing my nails, going out 😋
- I don't smoke but I'm alw down for a drink
- Will help keep the place clean and def pay the rent on time!

The room/house/YOU:
- Unfurnished is fine as I have my own bed, table etc
- Pref. close to UTS (bus less than 20 mins as I have morning classes and I'm not a morning person 😭)
- Girl housemates
- Move-in date: asap after inspection
- Hope that we can become friends too 🤸‍♀️

Just a heads up that my mom might visit Sydney and stay over for a week at the start of Nov. (She's super chill and will just be staying in my room w/ me at night. I will buy donuts or smt as compensation 😛)
