I’m a single mum with a well-behaved 5-year-old kid who’ll be starting primary school in January 2026. I work part time as a chef and also studying in Melbourne Polytechnic. I’m quiet, decent person, easygoing and respectful, and I’ve lived in share houses with my kid. I also have a solid rental history. My child isn’t a toddler anymore, so no tantrums or noise dramas. We’re just looking for a stable, peaceful place to call home.
