Hi, I’m Kate, 23. I moved to Sydney from Brisbane at the start of 2025 and currently work full time as a software engineer in the city.

I enjoy living in a friendly, easy-going share house where people are comfortable being social but also respect each other’s space. I’m tidy, reliable, and considerate, and I take pride in being easy to live with.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active, exploring new cafés and neighbourhoods, and having relaxed nights in cooking or watching a series. I value a home that feels calm, welcoming, and genuinely lived in rather than just a place to sleep.

I’m currently looking to team up with one or two people to join me on a new lease starting in early February. Ideally, I’m looking for a longer-term setup (6–12 months) and people who want to help set up a home together.

I’m keen to live in the inner west, happy to be on the lease, and hoping to find housemates who are friendly, respectful, and reliable.
