Hi, I'm Dan. I'm 25 and starting a new full-time in-person role in Canberra. I’m planning to move between mid-December and mid-January.

I’m friendly, considerate, and easy to live with. I’m tidy, a non-smoker, and don’t have pets. I usually keep to myself during the week but don't mind a chat or shared meal if/when it suits everyone. I like a tidy-as-you-go approach in the kitchen and appreciate a simple, shared system for keeping shared areas clean. I'm more on the night owl side, but I’m always mindful of keeping noise low in the evenings.

I’d be happy living with one or two housemates who enjoy a relaxed, respectful home environment.

My partner visits about once a fortnight on weekends, and those visits are always respectful of shared spaces. I’m usually in Sydney on the alternate weekends.

I enjoy art and gaming, and I’m hoping to explore more hiking once I’ve settled in.
