have my own place but looking to rent closer to the city for work. Happy to socialise if the vibe is right, happy to team up with 1-3 others. Spend my time working, working out and will be spending weekends at my other place sometimes... travel a few times per year overseas too. Also working on my own business so pretty busy, quiet, hard working and low maintenance. Might buy a place later this year but still feeling out the market.
