Hi everyone!

My name is Dandy, and I'm a 29-year-old mature student from Indonesia. I'll be moving to Brisbane in mid-January 2026 (planning to arrive around Jan 12th) to commence my studies at InTech Institute (Milton campus).

As a flatmate, I'm very tidy, organised, and respectful of other people's space and schedules. Since I'll be studying full-time and working part-time, my lifestyle is fairly quiet. I'm definitely not a party person and highly value a clean and peaceful home environment where I can study and relax.

A few more details:
* I am a non-smoker.
* I'm not a vegetarian. In the kitchen, I generally prefer to buy my own groceries and cook my own meals, but I'm always happy to share snacks or a beer.
* I'm financially reliable and always pay rent and bills on time.
