Hello! I'm an experienced sharehouser looking to find a longterm place.

I'm a seasoned housemate & have lived out of home for 10 years, so it's safe to say I've seen it all by now! My experience has taught me a lot about adaptability, compromise and perspective.

I'm currently studying pathology collection three days a week (Mon-Wed) and work as a cleaner at the Alfred Fri-Sun. While most of my time will be spent out of the house, maintaining the upkeep of my home is very important to me. I love to do a quick freshen up of the communal areas while I'm waiting for dinner to cook (it helps me decompress after work haha!)

I'm looking for a small household, ideally with a maximum of two housemates. Looking for mature, similar minded women who prioritise peaceful co-existence and open communication. I've lived with enough passive-aggression to last a lifetime and I feel it is important as housemates to work together with a common/shared goal: a warm, cosy and relaxing home environment.

I love to cook and often make more than enough for 2-3 people, so occasional communal dinner and glass of wine/movie nights would be lovely.

I'm comfortable with all kinds of animals and have plenty of experience dog & cat sitting, so pets are not an issue! I can be a bit of a night owl sometimes, but I am very quiet around the house in the evening.

I'm looking to find a place by end of September/Early Oct but can be flexible on that for the right place. I'm open to either moving into an already established household, or to starting a new lease with the right people. I have fully functional fridge & washing machine and quite a few vintage/mid century furniture pieces. And a LOT of mood lamps hehe. (I won't be considering listings for student accommodation or pre-furnished rooms)

Natural light is important to me in a house/bedroom, and living within 15 min max of tram or train is a must! Flexible on suburbs in South-East area, but can do inner north for the right house.

I am looking for a woman only household and will not be considering listings with male housemates at this time.
