Hey! I'm an experienced sharehouser looking to find a longterm place.
I'm looking for a women-only house, and have a flexible budget for the right place (but I have to tap out at $400, I'm afraid). I've lived with a lot of different people in a lot of different houses, and I'm really just looking for a quiet, peaceful and homey place.
I work between 25-40 hours a week (depending on roster) and work as a cleaner, so I'm well versed in keeping a place tidy.
While it's important to me that I'm able to foster an amiable, friendly relationship with the people I live with, I really value solitary time, quiet and privacy, both for myself and my housemates. I'm not really looking for a commune/social type of situation.
I'm a bit of a night owl, but I am very quiet around the house and do tend to keep to myself, especially after work. That being said, I love cooking and will generally make more than enough to go round, so a shared dinner here and there won't go amiss. I'm not a party person, but I would like to be able to have a friend round for dinner/a glass of wine once in a while.
I work in the CBD so I'm not fussed on location, as long as it's close to reliable transport.
