Hi! I’m Jay — moving to Brisbane at the end of January and looking for a room around $300–360/week. Ideally hoping for an ensuite or private bathroom, but I’m flexible for the right place.
I’ll be studying Med at UQ, originally from Melbourne, and have moved around quite a bit, so I’m used to keeping a clean, organised home. I’ve lived with roommates before and know how to communicate well, respect shared spaces, and pull my weight. I can also provide references if needed.
