47 yr old male, I'm a great housemate, however, I have a cat. She's awesome, if you're fine with me bringing a cat, definitely send me a msg.

Move in date is a little bit flexible. 10th Jan suits me the best, although for the right place the earliest would be the 3rd and latest would be around the 17th Jan.

I'm very considerate, clean and reliable. I genuinely enjoy making other people's lives better, starting with those I live with.

All I need is a bedroom and access to a communial area, like a lounge or meals area, mostly as I don't like eating in my room.

I have likes and dislikes, but not many must haves.

Usually I look for min. 3 months and if things are going ok, we can talk about about staying longer... depending on the property and people ofc.

I'm never late with rent or bills and happy to do my share of housework.
