Hey! I’m Jacob, 25, from Canada 🇨🇦

I’m moving to Melbourne mid January on a Working Holiday Visa and looking for a studio or a room in St Kilda, Fitzroy, Carlton, Richmond, north/south/west Melbourne (open to nearby areas too)

A bit about me:
- Carpenter by trade, have work already lined up in Melbourne
- Active & outdoorsy — hiking, running, climbing, gyming, camping
- love a craft and yap night
- Very social but respectful of space (best of both worlds)
- love getting a cheeky beer at new spots or chilling at comfortable cafes
- Clean, reliable, and used to shared living
- easygoing, and house trained 😄

I’m keen to have my own studio or live with people who are friendly, communicative, and enjoy a relaxed but tidy home. Love a chat over a beer or coffee, but also happy doing my own thing.

I am planning to buy a vehicle for work when I get down there so would need a parking spot eventually. 

Looking for around a 3 month stay. I’ve had flatmates with mixed genders for years so I know the drill and can provide references if needed.
