Looking for a private rental/house share preferably cash payment…(at least For the first month or two)

Lived with many people and have successfully been apart of many harmonious communal living arrangements as well as seen my fair share of what not to do.

Looking for somewhere secure and peaceful I can base myself. Preferably with people who don’t mind me being hid away focused on music or my personal pursuits a chunk of the time.
I am social when the situation calls though and I do reciprocate the attention that comes my way at the best of times.

I come with a wicked record collection and a small collection of musical instruments (mainly synths) that i have been dying to get back to (they are in storage).

I have a script for cannabis to treat multiple conditions but I don’t smoke (rarely) because I’m on vaporised treatments and edibles. It’s 2026 this really shouldn’t be an issue now we know how helpful it is…

Looking to move straight away as I’m currently staying temporarily somewhere else. l am ready financially and logistically to make this happen whether it’s a Granny flat or a private room, homestay or just a shed. Cash down payment is ready to go up to bond plus a month up front!
