Hey! ☺️

My name is Mira, I'm 25 and I'll be studying at UTS for one semester starting in February. I'm looking for a room in a shared flat during this time (roughly late January/early February to early June). I would love to live somewhere close to the beach or in the city centre, which is why I'm hoping to find something in the areas around Bodi, Bronte, Clovelly, Coogee or the neighbourhoods in the Central Business District, as well as Surry Hills and Darlinghurst. I will be in Sydney from 26 or 27 January for potential viewings.

A few more details about me:
I am from Germany, live near Munich and doing my masters in business information systems. In my spare time, I enjoy doing activities with friends. I'm pretty much always up for a spontaneous visit to a café or bar. Whenever possible, I also love to travel. When the sun is out you can find me on our terrace or somewhere by the water. I also enjoy cooking and cosy evenings watching television at home or with friends. Additionally, I am quite active and enjoy sports, especially kickboxing, yoga, and going to the gym. I would also love to finally improve my surfing skills, so hopefully that will become a new hobby in Sydney.

I'd describe myself as a tidy and calm flatmate. It would be great if you (and your flatmates) don't just have a flat share for practical reasons, but also enjoy doing things together. And of course, you're welcome to share any insider tips for Sydney! :)
