Hey everyone!
Just arrived from across the ditch and looking for a room from early Jan onwards for 3-6 months. Have a budget of around $300-400 (incl bills). Looking for a social sharehouse with a good balance of quiet time. Also will be WFH a few days a week so having a big enough room would be nice.
Areas that I’m looking at: Burwood, Newtown, Strathfield, Parramatta, Redfern, Ashfield, Summer Hills, Surry Hills, Haymarket, Chippendale. Pretty much anything with good access to a train line.
I’m 26, work as an urban planner, and have lived in sharehouses during uni and overseas. Like to keep myself busy so in my spare time I might be cooking, going for a run, grabbing coffee/food, sporting events, hikes and exploring new areas. Down to have flat dinners and activties.
