Hi there!

I am a Computer Science student moving from the Gold Coast to NSW for university between mid-June and the end of August. I'm friendly, easy-going and value a calm home environment where everyone feels comfortable. I like to crochet, read, play sports and guitar (quietly!), and I will be working part-time on top of my studies, so I will be out of the house quite a bit, but I am always up for a chat!

I am planning ahead logistically and financially, so here's what I'm looking for:

NON-NEGOTIABLES
- Secure locks on doors and windows
- Bills included (including wi-fi)
- No men over 25 (sorry!)
- Written agreement/lease (including bond documents)

PREFERENCES
- Nearby public transport (preferably light rail)
- Some form of parking nearby (within walking distance, for a car)
- Furnished room
- Women-only household
- Students or working youth
- 3 month or preferably more lease agreement
- Lock on bedroom door, with key

WOULD BE NICE (but not necessary)
- Small number of sleepovers allowed, my best friend (female) lives close
