I’m 21 years old, originally from London in the UK, and currently living on the Gold Coast. I’ve been here for just over a year living with a friend, but I’m now looking for a new place as a fresh start for the new year.

I work in construction and usually work six days a week, so I’m mainly just looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to rest my head at night. I’m open to taking over a sublet or renting a room in a share house — I’m flexible and easy to work with.

I’m very disciplined when it comes to looking after a home. I’m clean, respectful, and always treat a place like it’s my own. I also have a well-paying job and am very reliable when it comes to payments — you’ll never have any issues with rent being paid on time. I’m happy to provide payslips for proof of income, and I’m bond-ready.

I get along well with others, keep things low-stress, and really value a positive living environment.
