Hi! I’m a 29-year-old female student who will be studying at UTS for around 6 months and am looking for accommodation during that time (starting from Feb 6th 2026).

I’m clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. I enjoy cooking, reading, Netflix, and keeping up with my skincare routine. I’m more of an introvert-extrovert balance — friendly and easy to get along with, but I really value quiet time and early nights, especially as I need proper rest after work and study.

I’m LGBTQ+ friendly and fine with smokers. Ideally, I’m looking for a calm household with no children or pets, where everyone is respectful of each other’s space.

I’m responsible, reliable with rent, and looking for a comfortable place to call home during my stay in Sydney.
