🏡 Looking for a room in Melbourne (June 2026)

Hi! I’m Adele, 31, from Singapore 🇸🇬 and I’ll be moving to Melbourne on a Working Holiday Visa around mid-June 2026.

I’m currently looking for a room to move into shortly after I arrive 😊

📍 Preferred areas: CBD, Carlton, Richmond, Northcote, Collingwood, Fitzroy, Prahran, Hawthorn, South Melbourne, or anywhere within ~30 minutes to the CBD by public transport as I can’t drive
📍 Looking for: a private room (open to ensuite, studio, or granny flat options too)
💰 Budget: Around $250–$350/week including bills (flexible depending on the place)
🗓️ Duration: Around 3–6 months (flexible)

Ideally looking for a place close to public transport, as I won’t be driving.

About me:
• Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
• Easygoing and friendly – happy to chat or hang out, but also respect personal space
• Non-smoker

I’m a huge foodie and love exploring restaurants and cafés, and I also enjoy baking (included some photos😆), cooking, and trying fun new things around the city. I’d love a home that feels comfortable and chill, where everyone is considerate and easy to live with.

Since it’ll be my first time in Melbourne, I’m really excited to explore the city and settle into a nice routine ✨
