My name is Anoushka (23), and I’m currently in my final semester of a Master’s in Economics. I’m looking for a room in an established sharehouse or a like-minded female flatmate to team up with for a 2-bedroom place around Carnegie, Caulfield, Glen Huntly, Oakleigh, Elwood, or surrounding south-east/train-line suburbs.
During the week, I’m usually pretty busy with uni, studying, and keeping on top of my schedule.
What I’m like at home:
I really value a clean, organized, and peaceful living space where everyone can recharge. I’m super respectful of personal space and quiet hours, but I’m always up for a casual chat, catching up over coffee, or sharing a meal when our schedules align. Non-smoker, no pets, and very reliable with rent and bills.
Move-in Date: Mid-October
Budget: Up to $300 week max
Preference: Looking for a furnished room / fully furnished place
Lease Length: 6 months
