I am currently looking for a long-term rental.

I work full-time in healthcare and study part-time, so living in a clean and calm home is a priority. In my free time, I enjoy being creative and staying active - regularly attend classes and go to the gym.

I am mature, open-minded, easy-going, non-smoker, drug-free who values peace and respect.

I currently have a house's worth of belongings in storage; I would love to use my own furniture and equipment, but I am flexible.

Ideally, I am looking for a 3x2 property shared by two people, or a 4-bedroom home shared by three. I’m looking for a bit of extra space and my own bathroom, where I can relax after a hard day's work and focus on my studies.

I maintain a clean and tidy living space and am social while remaining respectful of others' privacy.

My budget is $400/450 (ensuite) max per week, though anything lower is always appreciated.
My moving day, the sooner is the better.
