Hi, I’m Gem. I'm looking for a sharehouse to move into, preferably somewhere with a short commute to Sydney CBD. I'm 27, work full-time in policy and am office based during the week. I’m tidy, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces.

I enjoy a friendly home where housemates can have a chat or share a wine occasionally, but also respect each other's space and routines. Outside work I enjoy going to the gym, catching up with friends, and relaxed evenings at home.

My budget is around $600 and I’m looking for a comfortable, easygoing household. I’m currently in Darwin but happy to jump on a video call to meet everyone and see the place.

Looking to move in around late March/early April.
