Hi! I’m Casey (28), a non-smoking professional Senior Butcher recently relocated from Hong Kong. I’m an ENFP who values self-reflection and a peaceful living environment. I’m moving to the Ipswich area for a full-time role in the meat industry (Q-Fever cleared).

Professional Hygiene: With my background as an Executive Chef, I am extremely strict with cleanliness. I keep the kitchen spotless and organized—I always "clean as I go."
Reliable & Quiet: I’ll be working early shifts (starting around 5 AM), so I go to bed early and will be very quiet when leaving.
Commute Expert: I don’t need a car space! Cycling is my passion. I spent 2 years as a professional bicycle courier (averaging 25-30km daily), so I genuinely enjoy cycling to work regardless of the weather.
Respectful: I’m looking for a quiet home to rest after a long day at work. No parties, no drugs, just a tidy and respectful living space.

Location: Ipswich, Wulkuraka, Booval, Raceview or surrounding suburbs (Preferably within cycling distance to Wulkuraka).
Budget: $180 - $230 (Inc. bills).
Move-in Date: 19th February.
