Hey. I’ve lived on my own for nine years and so am being very intentional about living with only one other person as that will be an adjustment.

I am currently in between jobs as I change career from childcare to something else and pursue further study but I still work as a nanny for a family two days a week.

I go to church on Sunday’s, and have church things on on Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

I’m looking for a housemate who likes to do their own thing and is chill. I believe housemates should do things together occasionally like a dinner together once a week and a movie night or watch sports together but that each housemate has their own lives and friends and things to do and that that needs to be respected.

I also love the light and open ascetic with natural woods being the main focus and operate on an everything has its home basis. Places that are bursting with colour and are chaotic cause me to feel stressed and over stimulated. I don’t have any neurological diagnosis but even neurological people have their preferences and needs so they love their home.

After living alone for so long I do know the cost of bills and rent so my budget is $300 a week for rent plus about $25 a week for all bills. I currently live alone and pay $320 a week plus about $25 a week for bills and that is near the intersection of Burwood and Glenferrie Roads in Hawthorn so I don’t expect to pay anymore than what I do now. If anything it should be a little less given things are split.

As you can tell I’m very much a straight shooter and don’t beat around the bush. Despite that I do have a very loving and caring nature. I am not one that’s shy of helping others and will give up my time to help as much as I can while also taking care of myself.
