Hello, I hope all is well! My name is Zoe.

I currently am leasing in Albion, with my dog Angel and cat Charli. With my lease ending, the rental market in a crisis, I have come on here with hopes of finding either another rental or room for rent.

I am a young and ambitious individual with motivation towards career goals. As a house mate I am friendly, clean and respectful. I do like to socialize but also respect peoples space and appreciate quiet too. Some of my hobbies include; cooking, gardening, art and listening to music/ going to music gigs.

I will happily pitch in with housework and i appreciate a welcoming setting with a positive environment. I study full time (diploma of community services), as well as an online sales role and completing side hustles for a bit of extra cash!

I do have two pets, and I completely understand the importance of ensuring they are well-behaved and respectful of the home.

About Angelique (Angel):
Once settled in, she is well trained including, toilet trained, house and crate trained etc. She is also well socialised with people. I am an active owner that takes pride in the care of my pets. She is the most friendly and affectionate dog you will ever meet! If you haven't guessed by now, Angel is an American Staffy. She is over 4 years old and small for her breed. (she is medium sized and 30kg). In my current home she spends her days outside in the backyard and sleeps inside with me at night. I take her on daily or bi-daily walks to keep her exercised and settled.

About Charli:
Super affectionate and well trained cat. She is litter and house trained. She is strictly indoor-only. She has a very calm, docile, and placid temperament and is quiet by nature. Can be shy at first but once she is comfortable she is super friendly!! - I am okay with leaving her in my room while I go to uni.

Both pets are incredibly friendly and affectionate. They are both microchipped, desexed, and fully registered. I take full responsibility for their care and cleanliness and ensure they are well maintained at all times.

I will be looking for somewhere that is at least minimum 6-18 months to give myself time to study, save more and prepare for my next big adventure!

I really look forward to hearing from you and hopefully we can find an arrangement that works for us all! I am open to different ideas, options and negotiations.
