Hi there! We’re Sebastian (32) and Erica (34), a mature, respectful and reliable couple looking for a clean, comfortable place to call home.

What we’re looking for:

We’re open to a granny flat, studio, one-bedroom or a room in a clean, respectful share house.

An ensuite or private bathroom is essential, along with parking (underground, off-street or reliable street parking).

Our budget and move-in date are flexible for the right fit. Ideally, we’re looking for a place until the end of January (around three months), with the option to extend, but we’re also open to shorter arrangements.

Location:

We’re looking for somewhere with convenient access to public transport and the M3, ideally close to a major transport hub or train station. I commute to Cannon Hill by public transport for work and Sebastian drives to Beenleigh, so we’re hoping to find somewhere that works well for both commutes including: Upper Mount Gravatt, Mount Gravatt, Greenslopes, Holland Park, Coorparoo, Wollongabba, Camp Hill, Cannon Hill, Carindale, Carina, Macgregor, Tarragindi, Seven Hills, Morningside, East Brisbane, Kangaroo Point.

A little about us:

We’ve been living together for six years and both have experience living in shared homes. We really value a peaceful, respectful household and take pride in keeping our home clean, organized and tidy.

We’re friendly and sociable, and would be happy to share the occasional meal, movie or outing, while also respecting everyone’s personal space and downtime.

We’re both established professionals — Sebastian is an engineer, and I work in Government. We work on-site Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm, so we keep a regular routine and value a quiet, comfortable home to come back to after work.

Outside of work, we enjoy getting outdoors, going for walks and hikes, exploring new places and finding good food spots. I love yoga, Pilates, baking and reading, while Sebastian enjoys running, volleyball and board games.
