Hi there! We’re Sebastian (31) and Erica (34), a respectful, reliable couple looking for clean, comfortable short-term accommodation on the Gold Coast.

What we’re looking for:

We’re moving from Brisbane to the Gold Coast around 14 September and are looking for a furnished place for 3-6 weeks, although we’re flexible with dates and length of stay. We're also flexible with budget for the right place.

We’d ideally love to find someone who is renting out their home/room while travelling. We’re open to a granny flat, studio, 1-bedroom or a room in a share house. Our own bathroom/ensuite is preferred.

We’re flexible on location (the closer to the beach the better!) as long there are shops and public transport nearby.

A little about us:

We’ve been living together for 6 years and both have experience living in shared homes. We’re clean, organized and respectful of shared spaces and personal space, and we really value a peaceful, comfortable home.

We don’t smoke, drink or party. We’re also considerate of work schedules and work-from-home setups, so you can expect a quiet and respectful household.

Outside of work, we love getting outdoors, going for walks and hikes, exploring new areas and finding good food spots. I love yoga, Pilates, baking and reading. Sebastian enjoys running, volleyball and board games.
