I’m currently working full-time and have been in steady employment for the past year and a half. I’m financially stable and reliable with rent and bills.

I’m a clean and respectful housemate. I always clean up after myself, stay on top of dishes, and like to keep shared spaces tidy.
I’m pretty laid-back and easygoing, so I’m easy to live with and get along with everyone I share with!

I rarely drink and I’m not a smoker. I keep a fairly healthy lifestyle and I exercise regularly. I generally keep a quiet, low-key routine.

I’m looking for a place I can settle into for at least six months and treat like home.

I also have a fish named Simon, he’s pretty chill too.
