Hi, I’m Lean from Taiwan. Used to be a motion designer at my hometown, about to start my working holiday soon.

Looking for a place to stay in Brisbane. Nice to meet you 🧚‍♂️👋

❶ Move-in: 18 Apr (hopefully 1 month first, if everything goes well will extend)

❷ Location: Open to anywhere with walkable distance to public transport.

❸ Budget: $170–$280/week (incl. bills & internet), depending on the size and layout.

❹ What I’m looking for:
- Private room with shared or own bathroom
- Fully furnished (bed, basic furniture, kitchenware, washing machine）
- Able to cook
- Non-smoking environment 🚭
- Clean and tidy environment (prefer clean housemates if shared)
- Within 10 mins walk to public transport (bus/train)

❺ A bit about me:
- 24 years old, female, 1 person
- Pay rent on time
- Non-smoker, no pets
- Extremely clean & tidy (for real)
- Quiet lifestyle (no parties or drinking)
- Love hiking, playing pickleball, and watching baseball games.
- Ambivert, enjoy spending time alone but also like to be around others (could be really quiet if needed though)
