Hey, I'm Ash 👋

I'm 35, easy-going, house-proud, and looking for a relaxed, friendly home with good humans who enjoy nature, ocean swims, bush walks, great coffee, good food, and a healthy balance of social time and downtime.

A bit about me: I've worked as a Surgical Veterinary Nurse, Surf & Aquatics Instructor, and in Government People & Culture. At the moment, I'm focusing my energy on my health, personal growth, and further study while transitioning into work that aligns more closely with my values and the lifestyle I want to create. I'm financially secure, have stable income, and can comfortably meet my rental commitments.

I come with two wonderful 11-year-old black cats, Ziggy and Clio. They're friendly, well-socialised, fully house-trained, and expert-level sunbakers.

I'm clean, respectful, reliable, and have excellent rental references. I've lived with friends, partners, interstate, overseas, and on my own, so I understand the importance of communication, shared responsibility, and respecting personal space.

My ideal home is peaceful, welcoming, and grounded, with people who value cleanliness, kindness, and good energy. I enjoy a good dinner party, comedy night, trivia, or spontaneous adventure just as much as a quiet evening reading, gardening, or curled up with snacks and a true-crime documentary.

If your perfect weekend involves ocean air, nature, good conversation, a few laughs, and a home that's more sanctuary than party house, we'll probably get along well.
