Hey, I'm Ash 👋 I am a 35 easy-going "ambivert" who is house-proud, and looking for a relaxed, grounded home with good humans who are curious, honest, have a zest for life and value open communication.

I live for -
- Bathing in the sun and finding peace in the bush
- Ocean swims, pool swims, a walk or run, a cycle or row
- Full bodied coffee, aromatic teas and a cosy place to curl up and read, do the Saturday Quiz or swing in the hammock
I value my time alone to meditate, regulate, chill and recharge and welcome buddying up for a class, gallery visit, gig or picnic if that's your thing!

I come with two wonderful 11-year-old black cats, Ziggy and Clio. They're friendly, well-socialised, fully house-trained, and expert-level sunbakers. Ziggy has three legs and is a little chiller - he is active and enjoys okay and being doted on. Clio is incredibly social and is a slave to the brush.

At the moment, I'm focusing my energy on my health, personal growth, and further study while transitioning into work that aligns more closely with my values and the lifestyle I want to create.

I'm financially secure, have stable income, and can comfortably meet my rental commitments. I am in transition with work at present and reflecting on what I would like to pursue; now that I have been given the opportunity to take a step back and realign with my passions and nature.

I'm clean, respectful, reliable, and have excellent rental references. I've lived with friends, partners, interstate, overseas, and on my own, so I understand the importance of communication, shared responsibility, and respecting personal space.

My ideal home is peaceful and welcoming with people who value cleanliness, kindness, and good energy. I enjoy a good dinner party, comedy night or trivia.

If your perfect weekend involves ocean air or a bask amongst the trees, deep conversations, laughs and a home that's more sanctuary than party house, we'll probably get along well - bonus points if you don't mind curling up with snacks and a true-crime documentary, horror or thriller (totally not the default options).
