Hi everyone, I’m a 21-year-old male student currently studying at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). I’m looking for a room or place to rent in Brisbane, with a budget of around $250–$320 per week (including bills preferred).

I’m open to different areas as long as there’s good access to public transport, since I rely on buses and trains to get around. I’m clean, respectful, easygoing, and pretty quiet during the week due to study and work commitments. In my free time, I enjoy music, making beats, and just relaxing.

I’m hoping to move in by the end of June and would ideally like to stay for 6+ months. I’m looking for a comfortable and friendly place with considerate housemates.
