I'm moving from Rockhampton, looking for a place, long term if right fit.

I'm quiet, clean up after myself and don't smoke.

I'm considerate, I value respect and open communication.

I like to go to the gym, explore the city, go out in nature, or the beach.
At home I like to rest and relax.

I value keeping space clean. In the kitchen I clean up as I go, I usually meal prep so I usually have lunch/dinner ready.

A nice homely environment and quiet space is what I'm after.

I plan to move during last week of June.
