hello! i'm an international student, soon-to-be a freshman in USyd, looking for a private non-smoking room in an all women properties within walking/cycling distance to campus.

i am a very respectful person with great boundaries, i clean up after myself and have no problem keeping up with chores, have lived in highschool dorms for 3 years, and have never had any complaints from roommates. to be honest my room might be a little bit messy on exam weeks, but other than that i'm clean.

i avoid drama and is not nosy, but am open to being friends with my flatmates. i am a person who would really appreciate quiet days every once in a while just to wind down. i love art (especially music), sweet treats (i can bake really good cookies!), cafe hopping and exploring sweet treats, the beach, long walks, hirono, smiski, cute trinkets, and deers!
