We are a group of 6 active, tidy, and friendly French exchange boys heading to Sydney for a semester at UTS. We are looking for a whole house or a large student share house to live the ultimate Australian adventure together, discover the culture, and make unforgettable memories. We all maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, love sports, and are excited to enjoy the outdoors and local beaches. Of course, we are still students and love going out to enjoy Sydney's nightlife, but we always keep the partying outside out of respect for the house and neighbors. We are fully open to room-sharing (twin rooms) to fit into a property, as long as it is under a 45-minute commute to UTS (ideally around Randwick, Kingsford, Maroubra, or Newtown/Marrickville). Our maximum budget is $400 to $450 AUD per week per person. We are highly responsible, respectful of property, and have all our documents, UTS enrollment letters, and proof of funds ready to go.
