Hello! I'm a post-grad student looking for a place in Sydney. Move in date is flexible but likely to be in July. Team ups preferred!

I'm a private person and usually keep to myself so I'd like my own room with a lock and ensuite/own bathroom (or a bathroom shared with one other). Finding a clean and quiet place with people that respect boundaries will go a long way. No parties or substances please.

Looking to make friends and pursue an active uni life, so you'll find me chilling in communal areas sometimes though likely won't be home much. Hobbies include cooking, baking (very happy to share around if asked!), cleaning, hiking, reading, and studying.

Currently unemployed, but searching for part-time work and will definitely provide my share of the rent.
