Hiya! I’m looking for a long term situation, ideally on the lease, and moving this month 😃

🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🎭 31 yo. Queer, Australian, neurodivergent, NB AMAB. Successful theatre producer/maker and work events on the side (I.e no trouble paying bills).

🏡🧽 Don’t make much noise at home, very organised and considerate of others. I like to get to know my housemates, and comfortable doing my own thing as well. Have lived in multiple share-houses and solo, work best with a clean routine. My schedule is a mixture of onsite and WFH a couple days a week.

🐱🐶 Love pets (minor allergic to cats), and always up for a video/card game 🍔🍽️ Uber Eats’ best customer, trying to use the kitchen more when I’ve the time haha

🔔 My must haves (please let me know if any are not possible)
- Car Spot/Nearby Permit/Easy Street Parking
- Unfurnished room
- Reliable internet (or open to sourcing)
- Queer friendly house
