Hiya! I’m looking for a long term situation, flexible with move in date 😃

🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🎭 32 yo. Queer, Australian, neurodivergent, NB AMAB. Successful theatre producer/maker and work events on the side (I.e no trouble paying bills).

🏡🧽 Don’t make much noise at home, very organised and considerate of others. I like to get to know my housemates, and comfortable doing my own thing as well. Have lived in multiple share-houses and solo, work best with a cleaning routine. My schedule is a mixture of onsite and WFH a couple days a week.

🐱🐶 Love pets (sadly allergic to cats), and always up for a video/card game 👾 Always out seeing theatre 🎭

🔔 My must haves (please let me know if any are not possible)
- Long Term/Joining the lease
- Car Spot/Nearby Permit/Easy Street Parking
- Unfurnished room, can fit a queen bed
- Reliable internet (or open to switching)
- Queer friendly house
