I’m looking for a long term situation (ideally on the lease), timing is flexible - just 3 weeks notice for current sublet.

31 yo. Queer, Australian, neurodivergent, NB AMAB. Theatre producer/maker. Don’t make much noise at home, very organised and considerate of others. My schedule is a mixture of onsite and WFH, do promo/event work on the side. Friendly and also happy to do my own thing 🐱🐶 Love pets (sadly allergic to cats), and always up for a video/card game 🍔 Uber Eats’ best costumer, trying to use the kitchen more haha.
