I'm a 30 year-old working full-time in marketing, but very much work to live (not the other way around!). I love to make the most of what Brisbane has to offer, whether that's getting to gigs, AFL/cricket at the Gabba, having a round of golf or just catching up with friends and family.

As such, I like my home to be a peaceful place to unwind. I'm sociable by nature, so ideally looking for flatmates I could share a dinner/movie night with occasionally, but the priorty is a clean, respectful place where we can all be comfortable. Definitely not a party house - just good chill vibes.

I've rented for 10+ years, including multiple sharehouses, and have never had any issues with paying on time/bills etc. Non-smoker, no pets, and always chip in when it comes to cleaning/shared expenses etc.
