Hi! I'm Jun from South Korea.

I'm currently studying Carpentry at TAFE Queensland while also working in construction. I've been living on the Gold Coast for over a year, so I'm familiar with the area and local lifestyle.

I completed my military service in South Korea, which taught me discipline, responsibility, and the importance of following rules. I always respect house rules, shared spaces, and the people I live with.

I'm a quiet, clean, and respectful person. I don't smoke indoors, I'm not into parties, and I always clean up after myself. I also respect other people's privacy and like to keep shared areas tidy.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, watching movies, and exploring different parts of the Gold Coast or spending time near the beach.

I'm looking for a clean, friendly, and respectful home. I'm reliable with rent payments, take good care of the property, and hope to live with people who value a peaceful and comfortable home environment.
