I'm an international student from South Korea and I'll be studying at Southern Cross University (Gold Coast) from August.

I'm a clean, tidy, respectful, and non-smoking person. I don't have pets, and I enjoy a quiet lifestyle. I always clean up after myself and respect shared spaces.

I'm looking for a friendly and comfortable place to stay for the long term. My budget is around A$300 per week, and I'll be available for inspections from 11 August, with a move-in date during the third or fourth week of August.
