I'm currently living in Gippsland and working as an admin for a community health service. I've recently accepted a full-time role with the same organisation in Glen Waverley, so I'm looking for a place to call home closer to work.
I've been living out of home since I was 18 and take a lot of pride in the place I live. While I've never lived in a share house before, I'm a clean, respectful, and considerate person who values open communication and pulling my weight. I'm more than happy to share chores and bills fairly and I always respect both the home and the people I live with.
I'm fairly social and enjoy spending time with friends, whether that's a quiet night in or heading out occasionally. At the same time, I also really value my own space and downtime, so I appreciate a home where everyone gets along but also respects each other's privacy.
In my spare time, I enjoy drawing, going for walks and hikes, staying active and catching up with friends.
I also have a 3-year-old indoor tabby cat named Tigs. He's litter trained, well-behaved, and has the perfect mix of playful and relaxed. His favorite people are the ones who feed him dinner, so he's pretty easy to win over!
I'm looking for a clean, welcoming share house where everyone contributes equally, communicates well, and creates a comfortable, relaxed environment somewhere that's friendly and social without being overly chaotic.
