Looking to team up with one friendly gal to find a 3 bedroom rental in the areas listed!

I’m 26 and working full-time in finance. I’m friendly, clean, and value a peaceful, tidy, and comfortable home environment. I work from home frequently, so having a dedicated room for a home office would be ideal — more than happy for it to be a shared space that we can both/all use when needed.

Outside of work, I enjoy Pilates, wine nights and board games, I’m a huge movie nerd and on occasion enjoy bingeing a Netflix miniseries. On weekends I love to cook/bake and will gladly share my newest creations with you 😌 I’d thrive living with someone that enjoys a yap on the couch or heading out to explore local cafes/bars together. I also really value my own space and downtime, and try to maintain my routine during the week. If you enjoy a good balance between being social and respecting personal space, we’ll get along great.

Ideally I’m looking for someone who is:
- In their mid 20s - early 30s
- Clean, respectful and easygoing
- Has their own routine but enjoys a warm home vibe
- Happy to sign onto the lease together (ideally a 6-12 month lease)
- Working with a budget of $200-$300 per week each (I’m happy to split rent fairly depending on set up/room sizes) + bills split evenly
- I’m also open to roommates with pets
