Hi! Thanks for stopping by my profile - I'm Sarah.

I work full-time in real estate, so my weekdays are busy, but I genuinely love what I do. Outside of work, you'll usually find me discovering new cafes or great coffee spots around Sydney, boxing or lifting at the gym, or travelling. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle but also appreciate a good meal and great company.

I've owned my own home, rented on my own and lived in share houses over the years, so I understand what goes into creating a home that's enjoyable for everyone. I'm clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces, and I naturally take pride in looking after where I live.

Personality-wise, I'm warm and pretty easy-going. I'm always happy to share a wine, cook dinner together or have a chat after work, but I'm equally respectful of personal space and downtime. I enjoy a home that feels calm, welcoming and drama-free.

I'm headed overseas in August and will be returning in early September, with the aim of being settled into a new place by the end of September (hence why I am starting the search now!)

Ideally I'm looking for a place with my own bathroom and a dedicated parking space. Pets are absolutely welcome, and I'd love to share with just one other person, ideally female, who's friendly, mature and values a relaxed, respectful home.
