Hey! I'm looking for a room in a shared house as my current housemate is moving out.

A bit about me

I've been renting in the CBD for the past 8 years and have a great rental history with no issues. I work full-time in store management, so I have a stable income, I'm reliable, and I like to keep my home clean and tidy.

I'm also studying Psychology and Counselling part-time, so between work and study I'm usually pretty busy during the week.

Interests

When I do have some downtime, I enjoy photography, painting, gaming, and catching up with friends for the occasional beer. I'm outgoing and always happy to have a chat, but I also respect people's space and appreciate a home where everyone is considerate of one another.

I'm also a big animal lover, especially Pomskis! I haven't had the chance to get a pet of my own because of my schedule, so I'd be more than happy to live in a pet-friendly home.

What I'm Looking For

I'm hoping to find a friendly, relaxed home with genuine, respectful people. I'm easy-going, clean, and considerate, and I'd love to find a place that feels like home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
